Reading

We spent much of this week completing individual student assessments (the DRA - Developmental Reading Assessment).  Students did a great job working on handwriting/spelling pages, reading in small groups with Miss Flynn, writing in their journals, and reading independently while teachers were testing individuals.  Next week we'll be ready to read The Ballad of Mulan in our anthologies.
