This week we continued to talk about the water cycle. Our question this week: How does a cloud know when to rain? The kids did an experiment using a sponge and also came up with some ways to modify the experiment to see if we could get it to snow.

Today we talked and observed the eagles up in Decorah. I will add the web site to our blog so the kids can keep an eye on them. It fits in perfectly with our Life Cycle unit which will be coming up next quarter.
