10th Annual Playground of Science Night

     Students of all ages are invited to levitate objects, launch pumpkins, shatter grapes, make ice cream with liquid nitrogen and much more at the 10th Annual Coe Playground of Science night.  The free event will be held Thursday, October 25, from 6-9 p.m. in Peterson Hall of Science on the Coe campus in Cedar Rapids.  Peterson Hall is on College Drive (13th Street) opposite the Clark Alumni House.  The event is free and open to the public.  Reservations are required by email to Coe Physics Professor Steve Feller at sfeller@coe.edu.  For more information call 399.8633.
