This week we introduced switches into our parallel and series circuits.  Lots of time exploring how the switches could control the lights in both a parallel and series circuits.

Our "Big Idea" for this unit is Energy has many forms and uses.  We have covered most of our battery and bulb information so now we will move on to wind, solar and water power.  The kids had fun making pinwheels and seeing if they could create a machine using wind.
