The story in our anthology this week was the "The Garden of Abdul Gasazi." We did a lot of blogging about whether we thought the magician could really turn a dog into a duck. Skills this week were working with prefixes and suffixes along with identifying the plot, setting and important events.
We continued reading in Little House on the Prairie, and the girls and ma have finally moved into their cabin.
