Math

We continued working on decimals this week.  Learning about how the place value chart is expanded to include tenths, hundredths, and thousandths.  We played decimal top it to work on saying the decimal and identifying the place value.

Next week will be our test.  I also reminded the kids, the multiplication charts will be disappearing sometime this month.  They need to know the multiplication facts by memory and not rely on the chart. Continue to practice these at home.

We have a new community volunteer helping us in math.  Mr. Ed Miller comes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to help out during math class.
