We're wrapping up a theme in our reading series this week and next, so students took the end of the theme spelling test and reviewed the words/spelling patterns. We also reviewed the grammar skills we've learned during this theme, including irregular verbs, kinds of sentences, and dictionary skills.
Students used kidblog to post responses to the book we read in reading, Little House on the Prairie, and were then able to comment on others' posts. This was a fun way to share what we liked/disliked about the book.
